Match Preview

Fulham remain the only Premier League (PL) team without a home clean sheet this season, but will find little respite here as they face a Wolves side that have scored in all but two of their top-flight away games so far.
It’s been a disappointing home campaign for rock-bottom Fulham, winning just two of their eight matches (W2, D2, L4), although worryingly that still accounts for 80% of their total point haul this term. All four defeats at Craven Cottage came by a two-goal margin or more.
The 15 minutes leading up to half-time could be decisive, with Fulham scoring 50% of their PL goals during this period (8/16). However, their opponents Wolves have conceded just 4.8% of their goals (1/21) during the same time period.
Wolves have been performing above expectations, and on the road have averaged an impressive 1.38 points per away game (W3, D2, L3) – to put that in context, the last newly promoted team to better that point average at the end of a PL season was Wigan back in 2005/06 (1.42 points).
The visitors have been impressive at the Cottage on recent trips too, winning three of their last five competitive visits here (W3, D1, L1).
Players to watchAleksandar Mitrović has been integral to Fulham’s points haul this term – without his seven league goals, the ‘Cottagers’ would have just three points instead of ten. Meanwhile, Raúl Jiménez has been directly involved in nine of Wolves’ 19 PL goals so far (five goals, four assists).
Stat attack: Fulham have been losing 1-0 at half-time in more than a third of their PL home matches (3/8).
Of the 19 goals Wolves have scored this league campaign, 14 came after the break.
Both teams have scored in just one of the last five H2Hs held at Craven Cottage.
